Right, we failed our 10 am deadline this morning. What can I say? Everyone needs at least one day a week to oversleep and schlump around in their jammies. Question — are the Mastermind points retroactive, or, do only purchases made from this point out count towards them?

How do we refer friends to get these points?

Sadly, points are not retroactive. I’d hoped that when we “turned on” the points program it would credit the existing complete orders in our system, but it didn’t. And then, crediting each account by hand… would be infinitesimally slow!
As for referring friends, when you login on the shopping cart there are several account management buttons. Order histrory, wishlist, and “enable a friend.” The last takes you to a form where you can enter your friend(s)’ addresses and a personalised note.
