Wow! What an amazing group of customers! So, right now I’ve got a generous pool of candidates for our Shaving Creme study group. We are still sorting through your e-mails, and will be responding to the (lucky?) lab rats shortly. In selecting participants I’m aiming for the most-diverse assortment of users with the most-difficult skin problems - extra sensitivity, frequent shaving, coarse hair. That kind of thing. If we didn’t select you, it’s only because we got some overlap in user-features - not that we don’t value your particpation and feedback.

And again, we have such an awesome bunch of fans. We really appreciate the concern and detailed feedback you’ve all responded with - you guys make this an incredibly rewarding “job.”
