Wasabi
Green tea with a black pepper burn and brisk splash of citrus. Wasabi, on it's own, doesn't have much fragrance to speak of. Well, unless you count that metholated afterburn at the back of your sinuses. By using the aromatic notes of a good Sencha, and the peculiar dryness of black pepper we have instead chosen to evoke the taste, the experience of Wasabi. The fragrance is just as crisp and refreshing as its namesake condiment.
